We are looking for an experienced and driven Delegate Sales lead to lead delegate acquisition for our B2B conferences and events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving delegates sales while managing and mentoring the delegate sales team to achieve performance targets.
As a Delegate Sales Lead, you will play a key role in developing delegate acquisition strategies, building strong client relationships and ensuring the team consistently meets sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
· Drive delegate acquisition for conferences and events to meet revenue and attendance targets.
· Lead, mentor and manage the delegate sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase delegates registrations.
· Actively participate in delegate outreach, lead generation and sales conversions.
· Work closely with management to align strategies with event objectives.
· Track sales performance, prepare reports and identify areas for improvement.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delegate onboarding and event participation.
Required Skills & Experience
· 4-5yrs of experience in delegates sales and event industry.
· Strong leadership and team management abilities.
· Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
· Target driven mindset with proven record of achieving sales goals.
· Experience in working closely with management on sales planning and execution.
