Firstdemat is looking for an experienced Dealer from the Stock Broking Industry.
We are specifically looking for professionals with **hands-on experience operating live dealer terminals and OMS/RMS systems
🔥 Mandatory Experience
Candidates must have practical working experience on one or more of the following systems:
✅ Omnesys / NEST
✅ Rupeeseed OMS/RMS
✅ Kambala OMS/RMS
✅ Symphony OMS/RMS / XTS
🎯 What You'll Handle
• Live order execution across Equity & F&O segments
• Dealer terminal and OMS/RMS operations
• Real-time client position and MTM monitoring
• Margin, exposure and intraday risk monitoring
• Order rejection and execution issue resolution
• High-risk and margin shortfall account monitoring
• Coordination with RMS, Operations, Compliance and Technology teams
• BOD/EOD trading operations support
• Escalation of OMS/RMS and exchange connectivity issues
👤 Who Are We Looking For?
We want professionals who have actually worked on a live dealing desk in a stock broking company.
Candidates currently or previously associated with stock brokers, trading members, discount brokers, full-service brokers or institutional dealing desks are encouraged to apply.
Experience in Equity, F&O, active trader desks, HNI dealing or RMS operations will be an added advantage.
⚠️ This position is not for candidates with only personal trading or theoretical stock market experience.
