Job Description :
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- Hands-on builder mindset with 10+ Databricks implementation projects.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
- Strong problem-solving, adaptability, troubleshooting skills, and ownership of delivery outcomes.
- Ability to confidently represent engineering teams in front of customer stakeholders.

Role Expectations:
- Lead end-to-end Databricks implementations, including front-end integration, back-end data engineering, systems integration, technical consulting, and solution architecture.
- Build and deploy production-grade data pipelines and cloud-native solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Databricks solutions while working directly with customers.
- Drive end-to-end delivery and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
