🚀 Hiring: Technical Lead – Database Developer/ Engineer
📍 Location: Ahmedabad & Hyderabad
We are looking for a Technical Lead – Database Engineering to drive architecture, performance, and delivery of enterprise-scale database solutions.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Lead database design, architecture & development
- Drive performance tuning, query optimization & indexing strategies
- Design data models (relational, star/snowflake schemas)
- Review SQL code, stored procedures & data models
- Implement ETL/ELT logic & database transformations
- Ensure data quality, governance & security standards
- Lead CI/CD for database deployments (DACPAC, Flyway, Liquibase)
- Mentor team & ensure high-quality delivery
- Drive cloud database solutions (Azure SQL / Synapse / Snowflake / Redshift)
🔹 Requirements
- 7–10 years of database development experience
- Strong expertise in T-SQL / PL-SQL & stored procedures
- Hands-on in performance tuning & query optimization
- Experience with SQL Server / PostgreSQL
- Exposure to cloud databases (Azure / AWS / Snowflake)
- Strong data modelling skills (schema design, SCD, dimensional modelling)
- Experience in technical leadership / mentoring
🔹 Good to Have
- Experience with ADF / SSIS / ETL tools
- Knowledge of Databricks / Lakehouse / NoSQL
- Exposure to data governance & real-time data systems
