Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Data Warehouse Engineer for a full-time, on-site position in Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing data warehousing solutions to support organizational data needs. Your daily tasks will include working on data modeling, implementing ETL processes, optimizing data storage, ensuring data quality and consistency, and collaborating with other teams to support business analytics. This role requires a detailed, process-oriented individual with a strong background in data management and system optimization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Data Modeling and Data Warehousing concepts
- Expertise in Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes
- Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Solid experience with Databases and related technologies
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and adapt to various business needs
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Familiarity with cloud-based data warehousing solutions is a plus
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of data systems is highly desirable
