Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer to build scalable AI and Machine Learning solutions and transform complex datasets into business-ready insights.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across Computer Vision, NLP, Predictive Analytics, Forecasting, and business analytics, along with the ability to deliver production-ready AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable AI/ML solutions aligned with business needs
• Develop and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models
• Work across multiple AI domains including:
• Computer Vision
• Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Predictive Analytics and Forecasting
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, models, and analytics tools
• Build solutions such as Object Detection, Segmentation, Recommender Systems, Forecasting, and Churn/Propensity Models
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization
• Present insights through clear visualizations and dashboards
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices

Required Technical Skills

Programming

• Strong proficiency in Python (mandatory)
• Exposure to R, C, or C++ is an advantage

Machine Learning and Deep Learning

• Strong understanding of ML algorithms and statistical modeling
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch

Data Science and Analytics

• Predictive analytics and forecasting techniques
• Data modeling and pipeline development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Data visualization and storytelling capabilities
