Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist for a full-time on-site position at our Bengaluru South location. The Senior Data Scientist will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, developing predictive models, and applying machine learning techniques to solve business challenges. Day-to-day tasks include designing data pipelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, performing exploratory data analysis, creating data visualizations, and communicating insights to stakeholders. The role will also involve mentoring junior team members and contributing to innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Statistical Analysis
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
- Experience with Data Analytics techniques, Big Data technologies, and data preprocessing
- Proven ability to create data visualizations and communicate insights effectively
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and frameworks (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
- Ability to lead and mentor junior team members effectively
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience in the technology or education domain is an advantage
