Senior AI/ML Engineer | 8+ Years
At Tenarai, we’re building AI-first solutions that drive real business impact. Looking for someone who can own ML problems end-to-end and work on complex, real-world data challenges.
🔍 What you’ll do:
- Define problem statements with stakeholders
- Build end-to-end ML solutions (data → model → deployment)
- Solve complex prediction problems (e.g., irregular demand forecasting)
- Develop scalable, production-ready pipelines
- Communicate insights to business & tech teams
🧠 What we’re looking for:
- 8+ years in AI/ML / Data Science
- Strong Python + hands-on with TensorFlow / PyTorch / Scikit-learn
- Experience in statistical modeling, time-series & predictive analytics
- Strong problem-solving & stakeholder management
⭐ Good to have:
- NLP / Deep Learning
- MLOps exposure
