Hiring Alert | Senior Data Scientist
CTC: Upto 40 LPA** | Location: Pune, India | Experience: 10–12 Years
We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join a high-impact AI & Data Engineering team working on large-scale enterprise applications, Generative AI systems, and intelligent automation platforms.
This is a hands-on Individual Contributor (IC) role for professionals who thrive on solving complex business problems using AI, Machine Learning, NLP, and scalable cloud-native architectures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and deploy predictive and prescriptive ML models using Python and modern AI frameworks
• Work on NLP, LLM orchestration, LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, and AI-powered enterprise applications
• Design scalable data pipelines and optimize large-scale distributed systems
• Deploy and monitor production-grade AI models using Kubernetes, Docker, DevOps, and Azure/OpenAI ecosystems
• Collaborate with business, product, infra, and engineering teams to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions
• Perform root cause analysis, production issue handling, and system performance optimization
• Continuously improve application scalability, reliability, and model efficiency
Required Skills:
• Strong expertise in Python, SQL, Machine Learning, NLP, and statistical modeling
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow/PyTorch, scikit-learn, XGBoost, FastAPI/Flask
• Exposure to Azure/AWS/GCP cloud platforms and Kubernetes-based deployments
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, ElasticSearch/OpenSearch
• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Git, and scalable architecture patterns
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities
Preferred Background:
Candidates from AI product companies, fintech, enterprise SaaS, digital platforms, or large-scale data-driven environments will be preferred.
