Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist / AI Engineer with strong expertise in Computer Vision, Generative AI, and Agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate will design and deploy intelligent systems leveraging LangChain, RAG architectures, and LLM-based autonomous agents to solve complex business problems.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Computer Vision models (image classification, object detection, OCR, video analytics)
- Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases
- Develop Agentic AI systems using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI
- Implement LLM-powered applications (chatbots, copilots, automation agents)
- Integrate AI models with enterprise systems and APIs
- Build scalable MLOps pipelines for model deployment and monitoring
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Business)
🧠Required Skills
AI / ML & Computer Vision
- Strong experience in Computer Vision (OpenCV, CNNs, YOLO, Transformers)
- Hands-on with TensorFlow / PyTorch
- Experience with image/video analytics pipelines
Generative AI & LLMs
- Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Llama, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of LangChain / LangGraph
- Hands-on with RAG pipelines (vector DBs like Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma)
Agentic AI
- Experience building autonomous AI agents
- Multi-agent orchestration (CrewAI / LangGraph / similar frameworks)
- Prompt engineering and tool integration
Programming & Data
- Strong Python skills
- Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn
- Data pipelines using Kafka / Spark / Airflow (preferred)
Cloud & DevOps
- Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP
- Docker, Kubernetes (nice to have)
- MLOps practices (CI/CD, model monitoring)
