🚀 About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist / AI Engineer (SDE-3) to build and scale Generative AI and LLM-powered solutions. This role requires strong ownership, deep technical expertise, and the ability to design end-to-end AI systems in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Build and optimize GenAI applications leveraging RAG, prompt engineering, and agent-based workflows.
- Take ownership of end-to-end development, from problem definition to deployment and monitoring.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and deep learning.
- Develop reusable libraries, tools, and frameworks to accelerate AI development.
- Ensure high code quality through reviews, testing, and best engineering practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on product requirements and integrate solutions seamlessly.
- Drive performance optimization and scalability of AI systems in production environments.
🧩 Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
- 5–8 years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning / AI Engineering.
- Hands-on experience in building and deploying LLM/GenAI-based applications.
- Experience in startup or high-growth product environments preferred.
💻 Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures (Transformers, CNNs, RNNs).
- Expertise in LLMs and GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector databases.
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering techniques (RAG, CoT, ToT, ReAct, Agents).
- Experience with cloud AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI).
- Familiarity with open-source LLM ecosystems (Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with backend frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, or Django).
- Working knowledge of Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
