Job Title: Senior Data Scientist AI/ML Expert
Location: Pune
Experience: 10+ Years
Candidate Profile
- Bachelors/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Strong background in Machine Learning, Generative AI, Big Data platforms, and Cloud Technologies
- Experience across Automotive, Engineering Services OR manufacturing units
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade ML models involving predictive analytics, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision
- Architect and optimize scalable data pipelines and enterprise AI/ML platforms using Spark, PySpark, and Databricks (Mandatory)
- Lead end-to-end data product lifecycle development from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance
- Drive strategic planning and execution of AI/ML initiatives aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders, data engineers, analysts, and domain experts to deliver impactful business solutions
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable insights
- Communicate analytical findings and technical recommendations effectively to leadership teams
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple initiatives
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, NLP, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision
- Hands-on experience with PySpark, Databricks, and Spark-based data pipelines (mandatory)
- Experience with Azure (ADF, ADLS), AWS, and GCP
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, CI/CD, and Docker
- Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau
