We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist with 8+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), along with a solid foundation in statistical modeling and scalable ML systems.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights.
- Design, develop, and optimize ML/AI models for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
- Build and implement LLM-based solutions using RAG frameworks.
- Develop scalable GenAI applications for real-world business use cases.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
- Design and build robust data pipelines and perform data wrangling using Python, R, or SQL.
- Deploy and maintain ML/AI and LLM models in production environments.
- Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate insights using data visualization and storytelling techniques.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with organizational standards.
Must Have Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI projects.
- Strong expertise in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- Strong experience in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture and implementation.
- Experience in prompt engineering.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data mining.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data pipelines (Airflow, Spark, etc.).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for ML/AI deployments.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Good to Have:
- Experience with Deep Learning, NLP, and Time Series Analysis.
- Exposure to MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for ML and LLM deployment.
- Experience building agentic AI systems and multi-agent workflows.
- Certifications or strong project portfolio in Data Science / AI / GenAI.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s / PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
