Role Overview
We are a team of passionate data and technology professionals building advanced analytical solutions for global business challenges. We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our growing analytics team.
This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects across sales, marketing, logistics, and operations, driving data-driven decision-making at scale.
The Global Analytics team aims to make the organization a truly data-driven company by incubating and delivering smart data products across business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand complex business problems and design data-driven solutions
- Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling (including time series forecasting)
- Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders to implement scalable solutions
- Translate business requirements into clear analytical frameworks
- Contribute to end-to-end ML lifecycle from development to production deployment
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning
- Strong proficiency in Python with solid understanding of OOP concepts
- Hands-on experience with ML algorithms (decision trees, random forest, regression models, time series)
- Experience in model evaluation, validation, and production deployment
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure ML preferred)
- Understanding of software engineering practices (Git, CI/CD, unit testing)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Good to Have
- Experience in domains like sales, marketing, logistics, or operations
- Exposure to large-scale data platforms and pipelines
