We're seeking a Senior Data Scientist to translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions that drive growth across our global HR platform. You'll work remotely to build predictive models, conduct A/B testing, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders across our 140+ country operations. This role offers the opportunity to impact how companies worldwide build and manage their distributed teams.
• Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using statistical modeling and machine learning techniques
• Build and deploy predictive models to optimize hiring processes, employee retention, and operational efficiency
• Design and execute A/B tests to validate product features and business strategies across global markets
• Develop automated reporting dashboards and data visualization tools for stakeholder decision-making
• Analyze large-scale HR and payroll data to identify trends and opportunities for platform optimization
• Communicate complex analytical insights to non-technical stakeholders through clear presentations and reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data science solutions in production environments
• 4-8 years of hands-on experience in data science with focus on business impact and model deployment
• Strong expertise in classical machine learning including tree-based models, regression, and clustering algorithms
• Advanced proficiency in Python for data science with libraries like pandas, scikit-learn, and numpy
• Expert-level SQL skills for complex data extraction and manipulation from large databases
• Proven experience in statistical modeling and hypothesis testing for business decision-making
• Proficiency in Python data visualization libraries including Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Plotly for interactive dashboards
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
• Experience in HR tech, fintech, or global payroll/compliance domains
• Knowledge of distributed systems and working with multi-country data regulations
• Experience with cloud platforms and MLOps practices for model deployment
• Background in causal inference methods and advanced experimental design
