Senior Data Scientist – (6-8 yrs)
We are hiring a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist with 6-8 years of experience in Machine Learning, Statistical Modeling, and Advanced Analytics. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building scalable AI/ML solutions, deriving actionable insights from complex datasets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large-scale structured and unstructured datasets to generate business insights
- Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and predictive models
- Perform feature engineering, data pre-processing, and model optimization
- Develop analytical frameworks and data-driven solutions for business problems
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering, and product teams
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for decision-making
- Monitor, maintain, and improve ML model performance in production
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Python and SQL
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning algorithms and statistical analysis
- Experience with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of probability, statistics, and predictive analytics
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in NLP, Deep Learning, or Generative AI
- Exposure to Big Data technologies like Spark/Hadoop
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
