Role Description
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Data Science with 7 to 10 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with extensive experience in Python programming. You will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions, as well as mentoring junior developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code.
- Design and develop modular, scalable backend systems for agentic AI services
- Build and orchestrate LLM-powered agents using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and Chainlit
- Implement agent memory, tool integration (API calls, DB queries, etc.), and context management workflows
- Identify and fix bottlenecks and bugs in existing applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7 to 10 years of proven experience as a Python Developer.
- Strong understanding of Python programming language and its libraries.
- Proficiency in generative AI/agentic AI/LLMs.
- Knowledge of object-relational mapping (ORM).
- Understanding of fundamental design principles behind scalable applications.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Understanding of agentic AI patterns, tool calling, memory management, and prompt chaining
- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Understanding of FastAPI, RESTful APIs and web services.
- Experience in mentoring and leading junior developers.
Proficient: Used one of the LLM models such as GPT-4, Gemini, Claude
Experienced in integrating with one of the AI platforms such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI via API.
Experienced with Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Agentic AI tools (e.g: langchain, langgraph)
