We are hiring a Senior Data Operations Specialist with strong experience in document collection operations, workflow management, SLA adherence, and team handling. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end document processing workflows, ensuring data accuracy, resolving operational issues, and collaborating with internal stakeholders for process improvement.
The ideal candidate should have experience in operations management, data handling, ServiceNow/ticketing workflows, and stakeholder coordination within fintech, financial services, or operational support environments.
Key Responsibilities Team Management & Leadership
- Lead and supervise a team of Data Operations Specialists
- Allocate tasks and monitor team productivity
- Conduct regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and mentoring
- Ensure discipline, attendance management, and process adherence
- Support team development and operational excellence
Operations & Workflow Management
- Manage day-to-day document collection and data operations workflows
- Ensure all operational tasks are completed within defined SLAs
- Handle escalations and resolve workflow bottlenecks
- Provide real-time operational support to ensure smooth process execution
- Monitor workflow continuity and operational efficiency
Data Management & Quality Control
- Manage end-to-end document collection from multiple portals and data sources
- Ensure accurate data uploads into internal systems
- Perform regular data validation and quality audits
- Monitor system integrations and resolve data connection issues proactively
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy and documentation
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with onboarding, product, engineering, and operations teams
- Work with external data providers and vendors for issue resolution
- Track and manage operational issues using ticketing tools like ServiceNow or Jira
- Ensure timely communication and escalation management
Process Improvement & Documentation
- Identify process gaps and implement operational improvements
- Maintain SOPs, workflow documents, and operational guidelines
- Support onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer initiatives
- Drive efficiency and automation opportunities wherever applicable
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Data Operations, Process Operations, MIS, or Financial Operations
- Strong experience in team handling and stakeholder management
- Experience in SLA-driven operational environments
- Good understanding of document management and workflow processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Salesforce, or similar ticketing tools preferred
- Strong attention to detail and process compliance
