Role Description
Looking for a builder, to lead the engineering execution of ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐, a unified warehouse operations visibility platform that connects disparate supply chain fulfilment systems to create a single, real-time source of truth. By combining data engineering, AI/ML, analytics, VisiQ enables organizations to detect patterns, predict issues, and drive smarter, faster decisions across their supply chain.
What youโll work on:

- Design, build, and deploy real-time and batch data pipelines integrating supply chain systems
- Build data models and warehouse schemas to support operational reporting and AI use cases
- Write clean, high-performance code across backend and data layers
๐๐ฑ๐๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐๐๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ
- Lead a cross-functional team (Data, ML, Backend, DevOps) through active contribution.
- Drive delivery from architecture to production with a strong focus on timelines and quality

- Build and scale multi-source data ingestion frameworks (APIs, flat files, streaming where applicable)
- Design and optimize data pipelines feeding dashboards and analytics

- Resolve pipeline failures, latency issues, and performance bottlenecks
- Work hands-on in live production environments when required

- Implement ML pipelines for predictive insights
- Deploy and monitor models using AWS (e.g., SageMaker)
- Build CI/CD pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and ML workflows
What weโre looking for:
- Engineering Leadership: Strong experience leading teams building data-intensive or AI/ML-driven platforms.
- AWS & Cloud Expertise: Deep hands-on knowledge of AWS (S3, Lambda, Glue, SageMaker, EKS/ECS) and modern cloud-native architecture.
- Data & ML Depth: Solid understanding of data engineering (ETL/ELT), data platforms, and production-grade ML model deployment.
