You’ll make a difference by:
Planning & Coordination
- Kickoff Planning , Scheduling & Preparation
- Connect with Business Entity to plan for scope & Nominations
- Workshop planning / Scheduling for Scope / MDD / Mapping
- Scheduling of Weekly Alignment Meeting / Pulse Meeting for Different Entities
- Migration plan creation / Review / Finalization
- Migration Plan structuring in Polarion
- Organizing Scrum Meetings to align squad activities and track progress
- Syncing activity plans in various systems relate to process ensuring all tasks are mapped and tracked effectively
- Tracking and updating the Activity Plan, including migration milestones and dependencies
Stakeholder Engagement
- Migration Plan alignment with Test Management
- Co-ordinate on System access on Target system for each migration cycle
- Provide status update in E2E,Roll out , MDG alignment meeting
- Collaborating with Data Domain responsible to gather migration demand documents and mapping approvals
- Liaising with representatives and governance leads to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements
Technical Oversight
- Implementing the mapping framework and overseeing corrections and reconciliation efforts
- Aligning mapping values and migration rules with company standards and data domain leads
- Spot-checking data quality and ensuring test cases are prepared and validated
Execution & Validation
- Cutover responsible during GLS & GL
- Overseeing migration run preparation, execution, and post-migration validation
- Managing defect analysis and resolution during and after migration runs
- Ensuring technical validation of target systems and verifying data mappings
- Lessons Learned session
- Hypercare Phase
- Support on Audit for Business & Test management teams
Supporting Roles Around the Squad Lead
- The Squad Lead works closely with:
- Scrum master’s for agile execution
- Migration Development Experts for technical implementation and testing
- Data Migration Cluster Experts for system connections and transformation logic
Your success is grounded in:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 5–8 years overall IT/SAP experience
- Minimum 3–4 years in a lead role (Squad Lead / Workstream Lead / Project Manager / Team Lead)
- SAP S/4HANA Experience must
- Minimum 1 end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion
- Greenfield or Brownfield
- Strong exposure to large‑scale rollout programs (multi‑entity / global programs preferred
