About Position:
We are seeking a senior Solution Architect / Data Leader who can work directly with CxO‑level stakeholders to define and deliver the organization’s data, analytics, and AI/ML vision. This role combines strategic leadership, strong technical depth, and hands‑on architecture ownership to drive enterprise‑scale data transformation.

What You'll Do:
- Act as a trusted advisor to CxO and senior leadership, shaping data and AI strategy aligned to business goals.
- Define enterprise data architecture and analytics roadmap including data platforms, reporting, and AI/ML use cases.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, cloud‑based data solutions.
- Lead solution design for data lakes/lakehouse, BI, reporting, and advanced analytics platforms.
- Drive adoption and governance of AI/ML and GenAI solutions across the organisation.
- Guide and mentor architects, data engineers, and analytics teams.
- Lead architecture reviews, stakeholder workshops, and executive presentations.
- Ensure best practices around data governance, security, privacy, and compliance.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 15+ years of experience in data architecture, analytics, or data leadership roles.
- Proven experience engaging with CxO‑level stakeholders in client‑facing roles.
- Strong expertise in:
- Data strategy, data platforms, and modern analytics
- Cloud data architectures (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Reporting & BI solutions (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
- AI/ML concepts and enterprise production use cases
- Experience with GenAI / LLM‑based solutions
- Ability to translate complex business problems into pragmatic technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills.
