🚀 Hiring: Data Engineer
We are looking for a senior Data Engineer, working on advanced data platforms and analytics solutions.
📍 Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
💼 Experience: 8+ Years
💰 CTC: Up to 25 LPA (Fixed)
🔥 MUST HAVE (NON-NEGOTIABLE):
✅ Azure Databricks
✅ PySpark (Strong hands-on)
✅ Medallion Architecture (Bronze / Silver / Gold)
✅ Delta Lake & Data Lakehouse concepts
💡 Key Responsibilities:
• Design & build scalable data pipelines using PySpark & Databricks
• Implement Medallion Architecture for structured data transformation
• Optimize Spark jobs (partitioning, caching, performance tuning)
• Work on Delta Lake, Unity Catalog & data governance
• Manage workflow orchestration using Databricks Workflows
• Collaborate with business stakeholders for data-driven solutions
• Ensure data quality, security & governance standards
🧠 Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Strong experience in Azure-based data platforms
• Hands-on with data modeling, transformation & pipeline orchestration
• Exposure to analytics/reporting (Power BI / Databricks SQL preferred)
• Experience mentoring junior team members
• Strong communication & stakeholder handling skills
