Own Power BI workspace management ? structuring environments (Dev/Test/Prod), app publishing, and lifecycle management. Manage access control and security ? implement and maintain RLS/CLS, user/group-based permissions, and governance policies. Provide user enablement and handholding ? support business users with report usage, data interpretation, self-service BI guidance, and training sessions. Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to translate requirements into intuitive dashboards. Support BAU operations ? troubleshoot refresh failures, resolve performance issues, and manage incident SLAs. Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and user guides for reports and processes. Enable observability for BI workloads ? usage metrics, adoption tracking, and monitoring frameworks. Develop and enhance simple to medium complex Power BI dashboards and reports based on defined business requirements. Work with curated datasets (from Databricks/Azure) to build reports, ensuring correct data representation and usability. Create and maintain basic data models and DAX measures, following established standards and templates. Skills & Experience: 5?8 years of BI/reporting experience with strong hands-on Power BI expertise. Experience with Power BI Service administration (workspaces, apps, capacity management). Experience supporting production BI systems with SLAs and stakeholder interaction. Familiarity with Databricks, ADLS, Azure SQL, or similar backend systems. Experience with Azure services / Fabric for BI integration and deployment. Working knowledge of DataOps practices for BI (CI/CD, versioning, deployment pipelines). Click on Apply to know more.
