Manage Execution of Data-Focused Pro
- jects:As a member of the LEAR foundry team, oversee data-focused projects using Lear’s data analytics and application pla
- tform.Participate in projects from conception to root cause analytics and solution deplo
- yment.Understand program and product delivery phases, contributing expert analysis across the life
cycle.Tools and Technol
ogies:Utilize key tools within Palantir Foundry, incl
- uding:Pipeline Builder: Author data pipelines using a visual inte
- rface.Code Repositories: Manage code for data pipeline develo
- pment.Data Lineage: Visualize end-to-end data
- flows.Leverage programmatic health checks to ensure pipeline durab
- ility.Work with both new and legacy technologies to integrate separate data feeds and transform them into new scalable dat
asets.Data Pipeline Develo
- pment:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain data pipe
- lines.Ensure data pipelines are efficient, reliable, and sca
- lable.Implement best practices for data ingestion, transformation, and enric
hment.Big Data, Dataset Creation and Mainte
- nance:Utilize pipeline or Code repository to transform big data into manageable datasets and produce high-quality datasets that meet the organization’s

- ation:Optimize data pipelines and their impact on resource utilization of downstream proc
- esses.Continuously test and improve data pipeline performance and reliab
- ility.Optimize system performance for all deployed reso
urces.
Qualific
- ations:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relate - d field.Proven experience in data engineering, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), and data integration and Palantir foundry (At least 2
- years).Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark,
- Kafka).Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java( Typescript)
- , etc.).Proficiency in libraries of python for big data (PySpark, pandas, Numpy
- , etc.).Strong problem-solving skills and attention to
- detail.Excellent communication and collaboration ab
ilities.
