Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Data Engineer based in Gurgaon. The Senior Data Engineer will design, implement, and optimize scalable data pipelines and architectures to support extensive data transformation and analytics. Day-to-day responsibilities include data modeling, ETL development, maintaining large-scale data systems, ensuring data quality, and integrating diverse data sources. The role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure efficient data solutions that align with business needs.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Data Modeling, ETL processes, and big data technologies
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala
- Experience with database systems including SQL and NoSQL
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Understanding of distributed systems and data processing frameworks like Apache Hadoop or Spark
