- Certifications like PMP / PgMP / PRINCE2 / Agile / Scrum preferred

- Expertise in data lakehouse architecture and medallion design
- Strong experience with Delta Lake, Apache Iceberg, Parquet
- Designing CDC (Change Data Capture) strategies
- Data governance, security frameworks, and PII masking
- Dimensional modeling and data warehousing concepts
- Experience building AI/ML-ready data platforms
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

- Strong programming in Python, PySpark, and SQL
- Experience with dbt for transformation workflows
- Orchestration tools like Airflow, Dagster, or Step Functions
- Building data ingestion pipelines and CDC implementation
- Data quality, monitoring, and pipeline optimization
- Hands-on experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or similar platforms
- Experience working with cloud-based data ecosystems
