Job Title: Snowflake Developer / Data Engineer

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Snowflake Developer / Data Engineer to build scalable data pipelines, optimize Snowflake environments, and deliver business-ready datasets for analytics and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop ELT/ETL pipelines using Snowflake, Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, and dbt
- Build and optimize Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold)
- Integrate and extract Workday HR data using APIs
- Develop scalable SQL transformations, stored procedures, and data models
- Collaborate with BI teams to deliver reporting-ready datasets for Power BI
- Implement data governance, validation, and quality frameworks
- Automate workflows using Airflow/Prefect and Python-based integrations
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake and advanced SQL
- Experience with dbt, ETL/ELT pipelines, and cloud data platforms
- Knowledge of Python (Pandas/PySpark preferred)
- Expertise in data warehousing, SCD, and dimensional modeling
- Experience with orchestration tools like Airflow or Prefect
- Exposure to Power BI/Tableau is preferred
- SnowPro Certification is a plus
