Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Data Analyst specializing in Generative AI within the Life Insurance domain. The location for this role is in the Pune Division. The selected candidate will be responsible for leveraging data to inform strategic decisions and optimizing processes within the insurance domain. They will focus on advanced data analysis, statistical modeling, data visualization, and extracting actionable insights to support several critical business functions including risk management, customer segmentation, and operational efficiency. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and leveraging generative AI tools to enhance predictive analytics and policyholder solutions will be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong Data Analytics and Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Statistics and Data Modeling to develop advanced predictive and prescriptive models.
- Strong Communication skills to present findings and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Generative AI concepts and tools is a significant advantage.
- Knowledge of the life insurance domain and its associated datasets is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Proficiency with data analytics tools like Python, SQL,ETL and visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
