Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Advanced SQL expertise with strong proficiency in writing and optimizing complex queries.
- Proven ability to solve business problems through data-driven analysis and business case studies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Good to have skill - Python
- Solid understanding of A/B testing, experimental design, and statistical analysis.
- Experience in metric definition, selection, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Strong root cause analysis (RCA) skills to identify key business drivers and recommend solutions.
Expectations:
- Drive deep analytical investigations to uncover insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Design, analyze, and interpret A/B tests and experiments with statistical rigor.
- Define and track meaningful business metrics and KPIs.
- Perform root cause analysis to diagnose business trends, issues, and opportunities.
- Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
