Key Responsibilities
- Lead the collection and integration of data from multiple internal and external sources to support business objectives
- Design and implement scalable, automated, and efficient data collection processes and workflows
- Architect, develop, and optimize databases and data systems to ensure reliability and performance
- Oversee database maintenance, proactively identifying and resolving data issues while ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Analyze large and complex datasets, transforming them into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
- Identify, interpret, and communicate key data trends, patterns, and business opportunities
- Develop and present high-impact reports, dashboards, and visualizations for senior leadership and decision-making
- Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to identify data gaps and drive improvements in data infrastructure
- Establish and enforce best practices for data governance, quality, and documentation
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to building a strong data-driven culture within the organization
Required Qualifications- 8–10 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role
- Strong expertise in SQL and data querying
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and automation
- Solid understanding of database design, data modeling, and ETL processes
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into business insights
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
