Role: Sr Data Analyst/Data Modeler

Experience Level: 5-8 years
We are looking for a passionate Data Analyst and Data Modeler. The successful candidate will turn data into actionable insights. Data analyst responsibilities include conducting full lifecycle analysis, including requirements, activities and design. Data analysts will develop analysis and reporting capabilities. They will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify areas for improvement.
🔎 Key Responsibilities
• Work in an Agile environment collaborating with business teams and project stakeholders
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for data integration and transformation initiatives
• Translate business requirements into technical data and reporting solutions
• Design and maintain data models and data pipelines
• Map data sources, data movement, and interfaces ensuring data quality and reusability
• Identify trends and insights from complex datasets to support data-driven decisions
• Support data migration initiatives to Azure Cloud
• Build and maintain analytical datasets for reporting and insights
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
🧠Required Skills & Qualifications
• 5+ years experience working with large structured and unstructured datasets
• Strong SQL skills and experience with RDBMS & Data Lake concepts
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake, and PostgreSQL
• Strong understanding of data warehousing architecture and BI methodologies
• Experience with data modeling, database design, and data mining techniques
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, or Scala for data processing
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
