About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Cutlist Specialist to join our modular interior manufacturing team at Bommasandra, Bangalore.
The role involves converting approved interior designs into accurate production-ready documents and ensuring smooth coordination between the Design, Production, CNC, and Factory teams.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in cutlist preparation, BOM generation, material optimization, and modular furniture manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cutlists, BOMs, and production documentation for modular kitchens, wardrobes, storage units, and customised furniture.
- Convert approved designs into factory-ready manufacturing details.
- Generate and validate production data using Infurnia.
- Verify dimensions, materials, hardware, and construction details before production release.
- Coordinate with Design Engineers, CNC Operators, Production, and Procurement teams.
- Optimize board utilization and reduce material wastage through efficient planning.
- Review production drawings and identify technical issues before manufacturing.
- Support factory teams with production-related clarifications.
- Maintain accuracy of drawings, revisions, and manufacturing documentation.
- Ensure timely release of production details to meet project timelines.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in Modular Interiors / Furniture Manufacturing.
- Strong hands-on experience in Cutlist Preparation, BOM Creation, and Production Planning.
- Mandatory experience with Infurnia or similar modular furniture design-to-production software.
- Strong understanding of plywood, MDF, laminates, hardware, and modular furniture construction.
- Experience working with CNC manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read and interpret production drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, complete home interiors, and customised furniture manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of factory workflows from design approval to final production.
- Candidates who enjoy technical backend production work and improving manufacturing accuracy.
