Responsibilities
- The person will be involved incoming and outgoing calls. Generating leads for various campuses and managing the database.
Part of centralized Shared Service call centre set up which will have counsellors handling incoming and outgoing leads for admissions.
Handling database and preparing reports.
Managing inbound outbound call.
