The world is shifting to AI-first hiring and our clients need someone who can help them think through that transition clearly -- not someone who demos features, someone who consults.
What you need to achieve
Own and renew 20 enterprise client relationships -- 10 existing and 10 new onboarded within 12 months -- by delivering ROI that clients can see, measure and believe in.
How the best people get there
- Find a way to learn and document how each TA leader actually runs their hiring -- through their usage data and real conversations -- so your solutions are always in their context
- Keep track of and de-bottleneck internal processes so your client gets the best service from the support, delivery and product teams
- Use that understanding and dependability to co-own the KPIs the TA head is measured on internally, and review progress every quarter so renewal is never a surprise
- Work closely with each client to define their path into AI-first hiring -- with MyNextHire as the vehicle
- Run business reviews clients look forward to attending -- and walk away feeling fully equipped to handle their own management
