Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced, highly organized Senior Customer Services Representative to manage client inquiries, coordinate with our internal teams, and drive sales. You will handle the entire inquiry process from initial message to final quotation.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Inquiries: Monitor and respond to client messages across Email, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other channels.
- Qualify Leads: Guide customers through the inquiry process by gathering and confirming all required details.
- Data Entry: Upload client information, specifications, and jewelry photos to our database.
- Team Coordination: Follow up with the Design Department and Sales Directors to ensure prompt, accurate quotations.
- Speedy Responses: Maintain a fast turnaround time for all customer communication.
Requirements- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience, specifically in diamond jewellery and sales.
- Languages: Excellent verbal and written English (essential).
- Skills: Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Tech: Comfortable managing multiple chat apps and inputting data accurately.
- Bonus: A background or basic understanding of jewellery design is a plus.
