Job Description:
Looking for Team lead Operations for work from office Candidate will be responsible to lead a team of customer care representatives.
Team lead - Work on-site (AHMEDABAD)
Note - Should know Italian Language
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Set clear objectives, define roles and responsibilities and ensure each team member aligns with the team’s vision.
- Communicate expectations, goals and feedback to the group regularly and resolve any concerns or issues actively.
- Identify and address conflicts early, facilitating discussions and finding satisfactory solutions for all parties involved.
- Recognise and reward good performance, provide feedback and encourage professional development.
- Support team members’ professional development by providing opportunities for training and growth.
- Ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support and guide team members to ensure they meet their individual targets and KPIs.
- Generate reports on team performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Work with Logistic or ecommerce domain
Desired Profile:
- Strong Reasoning Ability. Should be a self-starter and self-motivated.
- Matured thought process; Good judgment and decision-making skills.
- Team Management skills and ability to drive Quality and Productivity.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present business and technical issues, ideas, and recommendations clearly in verbal, written and presentation formats.
- Proactive and responsible approach to work with initiative and problem-solving capability.
- Strong with People Management & should be well versed with conducting performance appraisals.
- Coach associates to ensure the achievement of company and client goals while addressing employee-related issues and coordinating training on new or revised information relating to services, products, or processes of projects
- ·Manage multiple, complex, ongoing tasks and projects while monitoring absence and attendance of your team, processing payroll, and other administrative tasks.
- Motivate and mentor your team by providing constant coaching and feedback, celebrating successes with recognition, and having those difficult conversations when needed
- ·Utilize numerous TTEC and client tools and applications throughout your day to accomplish required tasks. Troubleshoot technology issues and support outage processes
- ·Impact the financial health of our company as you lead with compassion, help retain our most valuable assets, our employees, and influence other drivers including absenteeism and occupancy
Experience: 1-2 years' experience in BPO domain.
Education: Any Graduate

- Salary: - Up to 7 Per Annum.
