Role Overview
The Call Center Executive will serve as a key point of contact for customers, delivering accurate information, resolving queries, and supporting sales and collections activities. The role focuses on providing a high-quality customer experience in line with Sterling Holidays’ service standards while achieving assigned targets and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Obtain and verify customer information to determine eligibility and service requirements
- Explain products, procedures, and policies clearly to customers
- Address customer queries and concerns with empathy and accuracy
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and compliance guidelines
- Support collections related to products or services purchased
- Achieve individual targets and contribute to team and organizational goals
- Continuously update product knowledge and process understanding
