Position: Senior Customer Service Executive – UK Process
Location: Gurgaon, Sector 44, Near HUDA Metro Station
Experience: 1+ Years in the UK Travel Process

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Customer Service Executive for a UK Process. You will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with customer service, specifically for the UK market. We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented professional with good experience in the Travel industry.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in customer service in the UK Travel market.
- Confidently taking enquiries from clients via telephone or in person.
- Advising clients on the best solutions to their requirements.
- Excellent Geographical knowledge.
- Good understanding of GDS like Amadeus, Galileo, etc
- Knowledge of the UK travel market and consumer trends
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks
