Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Customer Care Officer. The Senior Customer Care Officer will oversee customer service operations, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through resolving queries, addressing concerns, and delivering tailored support solutions. The role includes managing a team of customer support professionals, mentoring team members, and contributing to improving processes that elevate the customer experience. The candidate will also implement strategies to enhance service delivery and maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Experience in coaching and mentoring customer support teams
- Proficiency in managing and analyzing customer feedback to improve processes
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
- Experience in technology or BPO industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
