About the Role:
Digiq Infotech Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Customer Care Executive to join our team. This role is integral to our EdTech eLearning projects delivered for government sector clients. The position requires a dynamic professional who can effectively manage stakeholder communication, ensure seamless coordination, and support project execution on the ground.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and customer support.
- Coordinate with various government ministries and departments across the Delhi NCR region.
- Understand project requirements and ensure timely resolution of queries and issues.
- Facilitate smooth implementation of eLearning initiatives by working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, feedback, and project updates.
- Support field visits, meetings, and on-site coordination as required.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer care, client servicing, or stakeholder management roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within Delhi NCR for coordination with ministries and government offices.
- Experience in EdTech, eLearning, or government projects will be an added advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
