Role Description
The Senior CRM Manager will oversee and enhance customer relationship management strategies to improve engagement, retention, and sales performance. Responsibilities include analyzing consumer data, segmenting markets, designing and executing CRM campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing goals with business objectives. The role will also involve tracking campaign performance, optimizing strategies, and identifying opportunities for growth. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Qualifications
- Proven Analytical Skills for interpreting customer data and identifying actionable insights
- Strong verbal and written Communication skills, with the ability to present strategies and results effectively
- Experience in Sales and Market Segmentation to drive customer engagement and campaign success
- Proficiency in Project Management to efficiently oversee cross-functional initiatives and marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and tools is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
- 5+ years of relevant experience in CRM or a related role at a managerial level
