Are you an experienced professional with expertise in Credit Research, Financial Analysis, Company Profiling, and Risk Assessment? We're looking for a dynamic Team Leader – Credit Research & Company Profiling to lead a high-performing team delivering comprehensive business research and credit assessment solutions for global clients.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead and mentor a team of Credit Research Analysts
✔ Review financial statements and assess company creditworthiness
✔ Conduct company profiling and due diligence using global databases
✔ Review and approve high-quality credit assessment reports
✔ Drive quality, productivity, and process improvements
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support client requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
🎓 Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
🎓 MBA (Finance) or Master's Degree preferred
📜 CFA, FRM, CA Inter, CMA, or similar certifications are an added advantage
