We’re looking for a highly strategic, creatively sharp, and detail-oriented Senior Creative
Writer who can lead brand communication end-to-end while managing both creative quality
and client relationships.

Role Overview
You will lead content and creative communication for multiple brands across campaigns,
ads, and social media while managing a team of writers under you.
From understanding client requirements directly on calls to shaping creative strategy,
reviewing outputs, and ensuring seamless execution with design teams — you’ll play a
critical role in driving both creative excellence and client satisfaction.
This is a fast-paced, high-ownership role requiring strong writing skills, strategic thinking,
leadership, and the ability to manage multiple brands and stakeholders simultaneously.
What You’ll Do
● Lead content and creative communication for multiple brands across industries.
● Write and oversee compelling ad scripts, social media copy, UGC concepts, and
campaign communication across formats.
● Create and review content for 15–30 second ads, short-form videos, social
campaigns, long-form videos, and brand storytelling pieces.
● Join client calls regularly to understand brand requirements, campaign objectives,
feedback, and expectations firsthand.
● Translate client briefs into actionable creative directions for writers and designers.
● Manage and mentor a team of junior writers, ensuring quality, consistency, and
timely execution.
● Translate visual ideas into clear written prompts and scene descriptions, especially
for AI-generated video workflows.
● Understand platform-specific communication styles across Meta, Instagram, Google,
Snapchat, YouTube, etc.
● Research competitors, trends, audience behavior, and winning ad formats to create
high-performing content.
● Collaborate closely with design teams to execute strong visual storytelling and
creative direction.
● Ensure all communication is polished, error-free, strategically aligned, and true to
brand tonality.
● Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative standards
and fast turnaround times.
● Stay updated with social media trends, internet culture, AI creative workflows, and
emerging advertising formats.
What We’re Looking For
● 4–6 years of experience in creative writing, copywriting, advertising, content
marketing, or script writing.
● Strong experience handling brand communication and client-facing creative
discussions.
● Excellent leadership and team management skills - excellent communication,
presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
● Familiarity working with AI creative & content generation tools is a must.
● Ability to write engaging hooks, compelling narratives, and performance-driven,
conversion-focused content across formats.
● Strong visual thinking and ability to collaborate effectively with designers and creative
teams.
● Excellent command over grammar, spelling, and attention to detail.
● Ability to multitask and manage multiple brands in a fast-paced environment.
● High ownership mindset and ability to independently drive projects end-to-end.
