Job Title: Senior Creative Video Editor & Graphic Designer (Performance Marketing & Brand)

About the Role:
Peritum Creative House is looking for a visually obsessed Senior Graphic Designer to lead our creative output. You will be the guardian of visual quality, producing high-converting static ad creatives for Google and Meta, while also driving branding and UI design initiatives for clients across India and the GCC.
Key Responsibilities:
• Performance Creative: conceptualize and design high-quality static assets for Meta Ads (Single
Image, Carousels, Stories) and Google Display Network (all standard banner sizes).
• Visual Strategy: Translate marketing data (CTR/ROAS) into design iterations. You understand
why a red button might outperform a blue one and how to visualize a "hook" without motion.
• Platform Adaptation: Masterfully adapt Key Visuals (KVs) across various aspect ratios (1:1, 9:16,
4:5, 16:9) while maintaining visual hierarchy and safe zones.
• Branding & UI: Lead the design of landing page hero sections, email newsletters, and social
media grids using Figma. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Production Speed: Manage high-volume deliverables. You can take one approved concept and
rapidly roll it out into 15 different ad sizes without losing quality.
• Mentorship: Guide junior designers on typography, composition, and file organization.
Must-Have Skills:
• Tools: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Advanced
proficiency in Figma (Auto-layout, Components) is essential.
• Ad Specs: Deep knowledge of Google Display specs (file size limits, text rules) and Meta
guidelines (20% text rule, safe zones).
• Design Fundamentals: World-class understanding of typography, grid systems, color theory, and
photo manipulation/retouching.
• Process: Organized workflow (layer naming, artboard management) allowing for easy
collaboration with other designers.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with AI tools (MidJourney/Firefly & others) for rapid asset generation.
• Basic understanding of Landing Page CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
• Print design experience (Packaging/OOH) for broader agency needs.
Experience:
• 3–5+ years of agency experience.
• Portfolio Requirement: Must feature "Ad Creatives" (Social/Display) and "Branding/Web"
examples.
