Role Overview
We’re hiring a Creative Operations Manager to own execution across AI-generated fashion catalog production. This is not a passive coordination role. You will manage delivery across AI generation, image editing, quality control, and client expectations.
What You’ll Own
• End-to-end catalog production delivery across accounts
• Daily targets, deadlines, and project timelines
• Output quality, brand alignment, and first-pass approvals
• Coordination across AI generation, editing, QC, and ops teams
• Client communication and production updates
• Workflow improvement, SOPs, and scaling systems

Who Should Apply
• 3 to 5 years in ecommerce operations, creative production, catalog management, fashion production, or agency delivery
• Strong visual judgment and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized and execution focused
• Comfortable in startup speed and ambiguity
• Ownership mindset
Bonus Points
• Fashion ecommerce experience
• Experience managing editors/designers
• Familiarity with Photoshop / Lightroom
• Exposure to AI image generation tools
• Experience with global teams or US clients
