We need someone with a strong visual instinct and a deep love for beautiful, well-crafted creative.
This is not just about managing creatives - you’ll be directing shoots, building campaign narratives, and elevating every visual that represents the brand. If you obsess over details, aesthetics, and making things look and feel premium, you’ll fit right in.
Working model: Onsite
Location: Nariman Point
Timings: 10am - 6pm
Days: Monday to Friday
Budget: 10-12 LPA
Experience: 3-4 years
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative direction and execution for campaign launches across digital and social platforms.
- Conceptualize and manage end-to-end creative plans, including visual storytelling, messaging, and communication.
- Direct and oversee photoshoots and video shoots, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners (agencies, photographers, stylists, etc.) to deliver high-quality creative assets.
- Review and refine creatives (statics and videos) with a strong critical eye to elevate quality and performance.
- Plan and manage creative assets for product launches, performance marketing, and social media.
- Develop and maintain consistent brand language and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Contribute to creative strategy, bringing fresh, culturally relevant ideas to campaigns and content.
- Ensure timely execution of deliverables while maintaining high creative standards.
- Report directly to the Head of Brand & Marketing and support broader brand initiatives.
You’re a Fit If You:
- Have 2–4 years of experience in a creative role, preferably within a D2C brand or creative/advertising agency.
- Possess a strong portfolio showcasing campaign work, brand storytelling, and visual direction.
- Have a sharp creative eye and the ability to improve and elevate visuals, even if you are not directly editing them.
- Are confident directing shoots and managing creative execution from concept to final output.
- Understand digital-first brands, social media trends, and performance-driven creative.
- Are highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Bring strong visual sensibility, attention to detail, and a passion for beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and take ownership of creative outcomes.
