Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Senior Creative & Art Director. The responsibilities include leading creative and art direction, developing and executing branding strategies, and overseeing graphic design and visual elements. The role involves creating and implementing innovative creative strategies to align with client and project goals while mentoring creative team members to achieve excellence in project execution.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Creative Direction and Art Direction, with the ability to guide and inspire a team towards achieving project objectives.
- Proficiency in developing and executing effective Branding strategies to enhance client and project visibility.
- Expertise in Graphics design and visual storytelling to deliver compelling and high-quality creative assets.
- Experience in formulating and implementing Creative Strategies that align with overarching business goals.
- Strong leadership, project management, and team collaboration abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey creative visions to clients and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related fields.
- Prior experience in the events or marketing industry is a plus.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Creative Director to lead end-to-end creative strategy, visual storytelling, and production execution across 2D, 3D, animation, and multimedia platforms. The role demands a strong balance of artistic vision, technical expertise, leadership, and hands-on execution, with the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual experiences at international standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee creative direction across art, design, animation, and production teams
- Conceptualize and execute 2D & 3D designs, animations, motion graphics, and visual campaigns
- Supervise 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, animation, and rigging workflows
- Drive storyboarding, sketching, visual ideation, and concept development from brief to final output
- Ensure high-quality execution across branding, films, ads, experiential content, and digital media
- Collaborate closely with clients, marketing teams, and internal stakeholders to understand objectives
- Manage creative production timelines, budgets, and resource planning
- Mentor and guide designers, animators, and artists to elevate creative output
- Maintain consistency in brand identity and creative standards across all platforms
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, software, and emerging creative technologies
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong mastery in 2D & 3D design, animation, rigging, compositing, and visual effects
- Advanced knowledge of sketching, illustration, concept art, and visual storytelling
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools (Adobe Suite, Maya/Blender, Cinema 4D, After Effects, etc.)
- Deep understanding of production pipelines and post-production workflows
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects while maintaining creative excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fine Arts, Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or related field
- 5 to 10+ years of proven experience in creative leadership roles
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across art direction, 3D/2D, animation, and production
