Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Counselor - International Admissions role based in Mumbai. The Senior Counselor will be responsible for guiding students through the admissions process, providing career counseling, assisting with university and program selections, and supporting students with Basic queries and guide about admissions and pre-departure formalities. The role will involve maintaining relationships with international universities and ensuring a seamless experience for students as they prepare for their study abroad journey.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and counseling skills to effectively guide students and families in making informed decisions.
- In-depth knowledge of international admissions processes, university requirements, and visa procedures.
- Ability to conduct research on various study programs and universities to suggest the best options for students.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools to organize documentation and communication.
- Prior experience in education consultancy or a related field is highly preferred.
- Capability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
