Role Description
The Senior Counselor role is a full-time, on-site position located in Ahmedabad and Surat. The Senior Counselor will be responsible for guiding and advising students, helping them choose suitable training programs based on their career goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include counseling prospective students, managing enrollment processes, maintaining relationships with existing students, and addressing their concerns. The role also involves understanding the training programs offered, collaborating with other departments, and ensuring high levels of student satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills for effective student counseling
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to address student concerns and guide decision-making
- Basic proficiency with computer applications, CRM systems, and documentation processes
- Prior experience in education counseling, career advisory, or related fields is advantageous
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and maintain a student-first approach
- High attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in counseling, education, psychology, or a related field
