Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Counselor role based in Guntur. The Senior Counselor will be responsible for assisting students in selecting suitable universities and courses, providing personalized education counseling, guiding students through the application and visa processes, and conducting mock interviews. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams and global university partners, staying updated on international education trends, and supporting the professional development of junior counselors.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Education Counseling and University Shortlisting
- Knowledge of Visa Assistance and Study Abroad Requirements
- Strong verbal and written Communication Skills tailored for student engagement
- Expertise in Career Counseling and aligning educational paths with career goals
- Ability to Conduct Mock Training sessions (TOEFL, GRE, IELTS, Visa Interviews)
- Experience in managing relationships with universities and global education institutions
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- At least 3-5 years of experience in education consultancy or a related field
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
